Seaport District
The Seaport District including the Innovation District comprises the area just east of the Fort Point Channel. The area includes Seaport Place, Fort Point, Fan Pier, and Liberty Wharf. This entire area has been enjoying a boom in development with the newest in luxury condominiums and an abundance of trendy restaurants. The Harborwalk now extends along its piers, connecting the public to a new and refined Boston Harbor.
